Każdego roku, w czerwcu, społeczność LGBT (LGBTQIA+) na całym świecie świętuje, jako hołd dla tych którzy w czerwcu 1969r prostestowali w Stonewall. Dzieki tym protestom zmieniły się prawa wielu ludzi w Ameryce i poza nią. Uczmy się tolerancji, i dążmy do dalszego postępu w kwestii równości.

SKŁADNIKI:
2 białka jajek
100g cukru
WYKONANIE:
Ubić białka, gdy będą już sztywne łyżka po łyżce dodaj cukier. Ubijaj masę tak długo aż cukier się rozpuści.
Podziel masę na kilka części. Dodaj barwniki. Nałóż na folię spożywczą paskami każdy kolor, zwiń w rulon, skręć na obu końcach, obetnij jedną końcówkę i włóż całość w rękaw cukierniczy.
Wyciśnij dowolne kształty. Piecz 90min/80C

Every year, during the month of June, the LGBT (LGBTQIA+) community across the globe celebrates in a number of different ways. June is the month chosen to celebrate pride as it was the month of the Stonewall riots in 1969, the protests that changed gay rights for a lot of people in America and beyond.
Pride month is about teaching tolerance, education in pride history and continuing to move forward in equality.

RAINBOW MINI MERINGUES 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️
INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
100g caster sugar
-food colours
METHOD
Beat the egg whites, when they are stiff, add sugar, a little at time, whip until sugar dissolves
Divide into 6 parts, add food colour to each and mix gently. Place in stripes on cling film, then roll/fold the cling film, twist at each end, cut one end and pop in piping bag. Create various shapes. Bake for 90min/ 80C
