Chapati

I was making dumplings and I had some dough left ... I don't like to waste anything,so I did something a'la CHAPATI.
When I make the original chapati, I use chapati flour for it, but this time I made it from the remains of the dough,
they came out great and I filled them with fried chicken and salad, they were used instead of a pita bread.
Color obtained after adding beetroot powder
How is chapati made?
I don't think there is a simpler recipe:
Mix chapati flour with water,
knead the dough,
divide dough into small balls
roll out the balls of dough until very thin like a tortilla
fry for about 30 seconds on each side
